Donner des informations erron\u00e9es dans le seul but de faire vendre votre produit est devenu un interdit absolu. Au contraire, on se demande de plus en plus comment, en tant qu'entreprise, vous pouvez fournir des informations durables sur les produits afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'exp\u00e9rience du client et de le fid\u00e9liser. Par cons\u00e9quent, travaillez selon <b> une approche optichannel <\/b> o\u00f9 vous partez du client et non de votre support. Alors ne dites pas que c'est mieux pour l'environnement, mais dites que 98% des visiteurs des h\u00f4tels le font.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green Friday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept du \"Black Friday\" est \u00e9galement de plus en plus critiqu\u00e9 du point de vue de la durabilit\u00e9. Les consommateurs ach\u00e8tent pour acheter ce jour-l\u00e0 et de nombreux produits achet\u00e9s restent inutilis\u00e9s dans le placard. Le nouveau concept de \"vendredi vert\" prend de l'ampleur. Au lieu de proposer des rabais importants, on fait la promotion de produits d'occasion ou les entreprises mettent en avant leurs services de r\u00e9paration et de recyclage.
